Scheduling & Appointments

  • We provide estimated arrival windows and will notify you if delays occur

  • All pricing is discussed and approved before work begins
  • Emergency service calls may include additional fees

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in advance
  • We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments
  • Commercial and industrial clients may qualify for net-30 payment terms with approved credit

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee

Warranty & Guarantee

  • All electrical work is guaranteed for quality and code compliance
  • Warranty terms vary by project and will be discussed before work begins
  • If you're not satisfied with our work, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to electrical panels, work areas, and the property. Clear access to work areas ensures efficient and safe completion. For commercial and industrial projects, coordination with facility managers is required.

Permits & Inspections

Required electrical permits will be obtained by LCS Electric as needed. Permit costs are separate from labor and materials unless otherwise quoted. We coordinate inspections with local authorities to ensure code compliance.

Commercial & Industrial Services

Commercial and industrial clients are required to sign a service agreement before work begins. Recurring maintenance plans are available for commercial and industrial properties. We work around your business schedule to minimize operational downtime.

Safety & Liability

LCS Electric is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Any damages or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We prioritize safety and code compliance on every project. All work meets or exceeds National electrical code requirements.
